Our grant scheme supports not-for-profit organisations in Nantwich and Porthmadog. With a clear focus on mental health and well-being, the fund awards from £500 to over £1,500 each quarter, helping projects of every size bring about real change.
We welcome applications from charities, local community groups and sports clubs located in the area. The primary focus of the fund is to support initiatives that promote mental health and well-being in our community. This is part of our ongoing commitment to making a real difference in areas that matter most to our neighbours and colleagues.
Any not-for-profit group or organisation running projects aimed at improving the quality of life for local people is eligible to apply. However, please note that grants will not be awarded for individual causes or personal requests.
Small-scale, community-led projects or events.
Mid-sized initiatives with broader reach.
Larger projects with measurable community impact.
Applications will be completed via our Application Form and reviewed on a quarterly basis by our Community Fund Committee.

“As we continue to grow, it’s important that we not only remain connected to our roots but actively invest in the well-being of the people and places around us. The Joseph Heler Fund allows us to provide structured support to initiatives that truly make a difference – with a particular focus on mental health and well-being, which we know is more important than ever.”
